I like King’s quote–have them walk the hallways, talk to the victim’s families, have them look at the blood, see the shells…all of that. And while we’re at it, throw in the Republican party, too and have them experience the other hardships they put onto people with minimum wages, getting rid of benefits/social safety nets, the whole nine yards.

I completely agree. And we must never forget, and we must always let them know we remember by speaking up and voting.

Your quote is the best one, Charles. We have the power to change this situation if we get out and vote. My heart is broken, again… and again… and again. The Pro-Death party needs to end its selfish, anti-democratic reign of terror.

Thank you. Yes, we must stand up, speak up, and vote!

When I was in elementary school, they had us read a book to earn a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. Here’s an idea. If you want a weapon of war for your collection, you must read a classic, write a report on it, and take a multiple-choice test on the book. It’ll be an all-day affair. The book will be a surprise pick. I have a feeling that after the third book they’ll either not want to bother or they’ll see things differently and want to express themselves another way. What do you think?

It would be a start. I would like to see a complete ban of assault weapons also.

So in your opinion, how do we stop these mass shootings?

A complete ban on assault weapons to begin.

Also, is it all in the guns?

Hi Charles, I suppose all the people making these big decisions have children in well guarded private schools so they don’t have to worry like the ordinary people. I like King’s quote and French’s too, of course.

Hi Robbie, I completely agree with your analysis.
