It is now almost Winter, and it is time once again for a book promotion party!
I want to offer an opportunity for all writers who follow this blog to share information on their books. It can be very difficult to generate publicity for our writing, so I thought this little effort might help. All books may be mentioned, and there is no restriction on genre. This encompasses fiction, poetry, plays, and non-fiction. If I have neglected to mention a genre, please consider it to be included.
To participate, simply give your name, your book, information about it, and where to purchase it in the comments section. Then please be willing to reblog and/or tweet this post. The more people that see it, the more publicity we can generate for everyoneās books. I will continue to do these parties every few weeks.
Thank you for participating!
Promote your books!

Keep on writing!

Happy holidays, Charles! Thanks for hosting another party, and for all you do on behalf of emerging authors.
This last year, the Coronavirus has put our world into a tailspin. We’ve all had to make big adjustments in not only the way we live, but also how we view our lives. “Apples of Gold: Timely Advice When the World Doesn’t Seem Lovely” is about sifting the blessings out of the grit and grime of daily life during difficult times … global pandemics come to mind. The memoir is made up of short vignettes and poems I’ve written about lessons I’ve learned and thoughts I’ve had as I’ve walked the earth.
in 2019, I published a mothering memoir called “Daddy Won’t Let Mom Drive the Car: True Tales of Parenting in the Dark.” Made up of short, mostly lighthearted vignettes, the book is designed to show that while blindness has changed a few logistics of daily life, parents are parents and kids are kids, and disability doesn’t alter the essence of what it means to be a family. The memoir makes a practical, humorous read for blind or sighted parents, grandparents, or professionals who work with diverse parent populations.
I released my novel, “The Bright Side of Darkness” in 2015. The story follows a group of young men as they navigate their lives in the projects. Through a series of difficult circumstances that involve a spirited, self-assured blind girl, one of the teens ends up with a mentor who believes in him when he doesnāt even believe in himself. The book is about tragedy and triumph, redemption and resilience, the profound effect of mentoring in a struggling world, and ultimately, the victory of the human spirit.

Since it’s close to Christmas, you might be looking for something festive. Check out my romantic comedy called A Christmas Void! It tells the story of a woman who moves back to her small hometown after a failed business venture, & she takes up a seasonal retail job to make ends meet while she chases her dream of photography. She ends up meeting an attractive coworker, but he’s set to get married on Christmas. And it just gets more complicated from there! https://www.amazon.com/dp/1704581311?ref_=pe_3052080_397514860

Hi Charles and thanks again for the chance to share. My first in fantasy series, THE PRINCE’S MAN, goes by the tagline, ‘Think James Bond meets Lord of the Rings’.
An Amazon bestseller in the US, Canada and Australia, it offers a wonderful escape from the stresses of this year.
