A First Draft Finished!

I am very excited that I have finished the first draft of book 3 in the Investigative Paranormal Society that began with Maledicus and continued with Gallows Hill.

This draft is a mess, but that is as it should be with the first draft. I will put it aside for a few days, and then attack draft 2, in which I will try to make sure I have the organization of chapters and plot set up correctly. Then, it will be on to draft # 3.

I plan on releasing this book in October.

Keep writing!

Gallows Hill can be found here in ebook.

Nice work! I’m aiming to complete the first draft of my first novel by November. Any advice for someone heading in that direction? All the best with the second draft.

    • Thank you very much! I have two main suggestions–try to write every day, even if only a small amount, and DO NOT revise at all while doing the first draft. If I can plug one of my books, I suggest Get The Draft Done! in which I deal with this particular question.
