March–Promote Your Book Party!

Hello to everyone! We are making our way towards the beginning of Spring, and I thought it would be a good time to share what you have been writing and what you have written. I want once again to offer an opportunity for all writers who follow this blog to share information on their books. It can be very difficult to generate publicity for our writing, so I thought this little effort might help. All books may be mentioned, and there is no restriction on genre. This encompasses fiction, poetry, plays, and non-fiction. If I have neglected to mention a genre, please consider it to be included.

To participate, simply give your name, your book, information about it, and where to purchase it in the comments section. Then please be willing to reblog and/or tweet this post. The more people that see it, the more publicity we can generate for everyone’s books.

Thank you for participating!

Keep on writing!

Celebrate and promote your writing! Shout it out to the world! Let everyone know about your work!

Let everyone know that you are a writer! Be proud of it!

Feel free to promote a new or an older book!

I hope this idea is successful, and I hope many people share information on their books!

I will continue to have this party every few weeks.

  1. Reblogged this on Ann Writes Inspiration and commented:
Stories Outside the Box: An Electric Eclectic Book
    Written by Ann Harrison
a little book filled with magic, ferries, music, an angel or two, and even a bit of mystery.
Fly away on the wings of a simple drop of rain with Anna as she follows the music that fills her heart.
Have you ever had a breakdown in the middle of the road and wondered how you’d get home? Read about the miraculous end to what could have been a perilous journey for Bill and his family.
Mystery buffs and techno geeks will love An Unusual Glitch, a story about a county wide technology glitch that threatens to ruin the county’s computer infrastructure, if the problem isn’t resolved before it’s too late. Enjoy a couple of new mysteries along the way.
You may be enchanted by a Christmas miracle that starts with a child’s prayer and a tinkling bell.
Ride in a sleigh carried on the wings of a snowflake, ride the wind on the wings of an autumn leaf or fly away on a swing!
There’s an adventure waiting for readers of all ages in each delightful little story.

  5. My novel is Mystical Greenwood, a high fantasy adventure story that is intended to be the first of three (trilogy title: One with Nature). In Mystical Greenwood, a young boy is drawn into a conflict of good and evil that will decide the fate of his kingdom. He travels through many lush forests where he discovers the sacred value and mystical powers of wildlife, plant and animal, and in the process discovers his own sacred connection to Nature. There’s magic, fights, gryphons, dragons, and unicorns!

It is available in Paperback, Kindle, and Nook:

  6. Rick Myers, who has just lost his parents in a car wreck, and the four teenage buddies he’s grown up with in the projects, can’t count on much besides each other. Then Rick meets Daisy, an intelligent, self-assured blind girl. Her hopeful outlook inspires him to begin believing in himself. But when the dark side of Daisy’s past catches up with her, tragedy scatters Rick’s friends and severely tests his resolve to nurture his new interest in a culinary career. Fortunately, his life is touched by a couple with a pay-it-forward attitude, forged out of their personal struggle with grief and loss. Their support makes all the difference to Rick and eventually, through him, to the ones he holds most dear. “The Bright Side of Darkness” is a story of redemption and the ultimate victory that comes from the determination of the human spirit.

Available in Kindle, audio, and paperback formats.

  7. Thanks ever so much for the opportunity, Charles.

My new book, More Glimpses, was released yesterday (18th March 2019). It’s the followup to my first book, Glimpses, and is a collection of 32 short stories that take the reader on twists to unexpected endings. If you’re a fan of TV shows such as ‘The Twilight Zone’ and ‘Black Mirror’, then the stories in More Glimpses will give you a taste of the unexpected. The stories cover a range of genres from horror, science-fiction, comedy, fantasy and the paranormal. Enjoy the ride.
