Promote Your Book Party!

Hello to everyone! I want once again to offer an opportunity for all writers who follow this blog to share information on their books. It can be very difficult to generate publicity for our writing, so I thought this little effort might help. All books may be mentioned, and there is no restriction on genre. This includes poetry and non-fiction.

To participate, simply give your name, your book, information about it, and where to purchase it in the comments section. Then please be willing to reblog and/or tweet this post. The more people that see it, the more publicity we can generate for everyone’s books.

Thank you for participating!

Celebrate and promote your writing! Shout it out to the world! Let everyone know about your work!

Feel free to promote a new or an older book!

I hope this idea is successful, and I hope many people share information on their books!

I will continue to have this party every few weeks.

Gallows Hill can be found here in ebook.

Gallows Hill in paperback can be found here.

Eighteen-year-old Tatiana is running from her past and her star-touched powers eight years after a meteor devastates earth’s population. Her power to heal may be overshadowed by more destructive abilities. Fleeing the persecution of those like her, Tatiana seeks refuge in a small town she once visited. But this civil haven, in a world where society has broken down, is beginning to crumble. Will Tatiana flee or stay and fight for the new life she has built? Only by harnessing the very forces that haunt her can Tatiana save her friends…and herself.

  2. Wow, thank you Charles for the invitation to show my books around. Very generous of you. I will follow you now as well.
I have 5 books published and they are available in all internet outlets.
    My books are about:
An inspirational, highly emotional and entertaining read for all ages. Matica, the heroine, is a strong, brave girl, who battles with her handicap and how others view her. But this isn’t a story only about her gaining acceptance or overcoming her challenges. Rather, it’s a tale packed full of exciting moments and tons of emotions.
Children suffer from all sorts of afflictions and through my book they can learn how to coup with everything, as Matica did, the main character in my TALON books. She had to learn it in her early life. Children can find a “Condor” as Matica did. Not literally a condor, but every child or adult for that matter, they are battling with none curable afflictions, should find something that let them forget what is happening to them. Finding a “Condor” would help them to overcome that.
Parents can read my book to younger children so they can see that they are not alone, but that they can overcome it in a positive way, not in a negative way.
I say: Children with special needs or with disability, or are handicapped don’t have an illness, so there is no cure and it’s not contagious. They want what we all want, to be accepted.
They are a mixture of Harry Potter and Indiana Johns but with cute kids. (For all books)

  3. Hi Charles, I read your post via Sally’s Smorgasbord blog and am now subscribed! Thank you for promoting Indie writers and poets. I have two books out, both on Amazon channels: I’d love to promote my new one, The Labyrinth. It’s the first book in a metaphysical fantasy series called Warriors of Light written for children of all ages, but especially for those who feel a little different on the inside and outside. Thank you again! Happy to share this post.

  7. So kind of you, Charles, to help us promote our books. A big thank you for it. My book is historical fiction set in Russia and Germany during WWII, a gripping, somewhat tragic, and yet, mesmerizing tale of love and war. “The Cruel Romance is everything that someone who enjoys historical fiction, romance, and suspense could ever want in a book! (from a review).

  8. Hi Charles,
Thank you for holding the party and promote all of the starving authors (well, maybe not everyone is starving). Most of us will take any opportunity to help other authors and ourselves promote our writing. This has been a popular way and I give you kudos for hosting the event. BTW I found you through Sally Cronin (Smorgashboard – Spice of Life). I’ve also done a ping-back from my site.
I have three self-published books on Amazon and you can find their listing with the following link. Thanks again for hosting.

  9. Hi Charles, I found out details of this book party you’re holding from Chuck Jackson. It’s a very kind offer from you. Thank you so much.

I published my first short story collection in December 2016. It’s called ‘Glimpses’ and contains 28 short stories that take the reader on a roller coaster of a ride. Each story comes with twists and turns that many readers never saw coming. If you enjoy TV shows such as The Twilight Zone or Tales From The Darkside, then the stories in Glimpses will have you guessing the outcome right up until the end. It could be the perfect read for Halloween. From Sci-fi to horror, comedy to drama, there’s a story in the book for everyone.

Here’s the buying link that will take you to the Amazon site of the country you are based.

I’ll be publishing my next short story collection (of 32 short stories) in early 2019.

Again, thank you for the opportunity.

In fact they are just beginning.
