I am in deep shock and horror at the attacks in Paris.  My thoughts and prayers are with all in France after this horrific and nearly unbelievable event.  This was an act of evil.

My deepest condolences to everyone who was affected. I stand with France.

  1. Supposedly the attackers are reveling in “paralyzing” France. I don’t see paralysis. I see a very capable, very specific and directed response to a crisis. One should never mistake shock for defeat, or reaction to inability to act again. Vive la France! They have already survived so much worse.

  2. As a 20+ year survivor of a terrorist attack I can say there is only one word that will stand the test of time in the wake of acts of violence such as these … compassion. One act of compassion can overcome a million acts of evil.

  3. I don’t understand how anyone can see doing something so horrible to other human beings as something to be proud of or happy about. I really just don’t get all the cruelty. My prayers and light go out to all those affected by this tragedy. *smh
